Print on demand service. Our products are produced on demand, that is, once you place your order, the production center must process it and print or embroider the product, then the order will be shipped. It takes between 2 and 5 business days to manufacture a product and process the order.
Shipping time for orders within the EU. Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days from processing. Estimated delivery time for shipments to non-EU regions is 10-20 business days, shipments are free.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual.

Our most popular printing process is the Direct to Garment (DTG) method. This allows you to create photo quality prints. The design is printed directly on the fabric from a special printer for textile products.

DTG printing is currently one of the most sustainable printing techniques out there: printers do not use water and have low and efficient electricity consumption.

Due to technique, colors may be affected. Especially on dark-colored textiles, to minimize this, a white base coat is printed to bring out the colors.

Our supplier has production centers in the United States, Riga (Latvia) and Barcelona (Spain). Generally, your order will be managed from the processing center closest to your home. Although it may be that it is managed from another center in case of lack of stock.

There are certain products that will be shipped separately because they require different packaging.

As these are products made on demand, returns are not allowed except in the case of a defective or wrong product.

In these cases, you have 14 calendar days, counted from the date of receipt of the product, to return your purchase.  

On your delivery note you will find the address to which you must send your returned product.

The product must be in perfect condition, with its original label and packaging, returns of dirty, used or altered products are not accepted.

Once the product is received, we will proceed to refund it within a maximum period of 14 working days.

There are a few reasons why an order can be returned to the sender, but most of the time it is because delivery could not be made. Other cases include the package not being claimed by customs or being returned / rejected by the customer.

We recommend contacting us to determine how to proceed and shipping the product to an updated address, if you wish to have your order reshipped. Reshipment charges will apply to orders that have not been claimed by customs, have been returned by the customer, or have an incorrect address.

Please confirm that your address is correct before ordering.

In this case, we ask that you send us a photo of the package to info.cl2qs@gmail.com, to confirm how it has arrived, and we will gladly send you another new product at no cost.

If the package appears as sent but you have not received it.

There may be cases where the package was delivered but deposited somewhere other than the indicated address. In this case, you have to contact the transport company. They may be given additional information such as: “The package is under the porch table.”
